Shipping policy

Orders are only accepted and shipped within the United States of America. All packages are packed in Bentonville, AR, and shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We make every effort to process accurate shipping rates via live updates by the USPS.

Please allow four (4) business days (Monday - Friday) to process your order. Orders received after 3 PM Central, will begin processing the next business day. All orders placed after 3 PM Central on Friday (or weekends), will begin processing the following Monday. Processing does not include shipping time.

As noted above, we ship via USPS. At times, USPS may experience delays in shipping due to unavoidable events (i.e. extreme weather, etc.). Understand that your shipping may be delayed for this reason. We are not accountable for shipping delays. We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays. We are not responsible for damage that occurred during transit.

Please note that this policy is affected by holidays where processing times may increase, etc. Any holiday changes will be noted via the top of this policy page AND via our announcements on our home page.
