The Skin Sessions: A Q&A Series

Welcome to our educational series! We’ve teamed up to bring you two unique angles on skincare. Today’s Question: Should I add a serum to my routine?

Dannie | Brand Owner and Formulator

I love this question! As a daily user, adding a serum is the easiest way to customize your routine. Because serums are so lightweight, they let you target specific skin goals without adding heavy layers. That’s actually why I formulated our Daily+Peptides serum—I wanted a simple, reliable everyday option that leaves your skin feeling smooth and refreshed.

Absolutely! Serums come in a variety of formulations and can support blemish prone skin, fine lines/wrinkles, skin discolorations, and everything in between. The type of serum you should add will depend on your skin type and goals. My best advice is to keep it simple and make sure whatever you choose pairs well with your current products (for example, some ingredients will cancel out the effectiveness of the other).
