Today’s Question: What are the must-have products in a skincare routine?

Dannie | Brand Owner and Formulator

It's easy to feel like you need a ten-step routine, but as a daily user, the absolute must-have is consistency. For me, a realistic routine starts with the basics: a gentle cleanser, a dependable moisturizer, and daily sun protection.

From a formulation perspective, once you have those core steps down, a lightweight serum is the easiest way to customize. Whether you want an all-around staple like our Daily+Peptides or a targeted option like Niacinamide or Bakuchi for gentle smoothing, it gives you a personalized boost without overcomplicating your routine.

I agree with Dannie on this one! A routine is only as good as how consistently you use it; some people can tolerate a 12+ step routine and others just want to wash and go. Personally and professionally, I fall into the camp that less is more. A gentle cleanse (double cleanse at night to thoroughly remove make up/daily pollutants), a targeted serum, moisturizer, and SPF during the day.
