Try diluting this blend in a carrier oil and rubbing it on your chest and on the bottoms of your feet.

Directions: Dilute 2-5% in a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil for topical applications (start with just a few drops per tablespoon). This blend is great when massaged or rolled onto your feet. Diffuse 3-5 drops in 100mL of water. Add a few drops of Apothecary Blend to your favorite unscented household cleaner.

Ingredients: Pure, undiluted essential oils of lemon, peppermint, eucalyptus radiata, eucalyptus globulous, and rosemary.
