A quick drying top coat, the 30-Second Top Coat is great for sealing and smoothing your manicure. You can add a layer each day for a strong color all day long!

Routine: When you feel like it! My recommended steps - apply a base coat; apply 2 layers of your favorite Natural State Skincare polish, and then apply the 30-second top coat.
