Facial serums are a wonderful way to level up your daily skincare routine. From targeted serums that focus on a specific task to a daily serum that works towards an overall glow, my serum line will give you everything you need to reclaim your skin from all the daily stressors that life throws at it!

4 Facial Serums

• On the Daily serum is a wonderful blend of extracts that are calming and hydrating to the skin when you want to elevate your skincare without a specific focus.
• Niacinamide10 is a targeted serum that may help against uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, and moisture loss. 
• Bakuchi Alt-A is a targeted serum we use as a Retinol-alternative. Potentially targeting fine lines and wrinkles, offering potential well-aging benefits.
• Vita-C is a targeted serum that may help with brightening, potential collagen production, and hyperpigmentation.

Niacinamide and Vitamin C are very similar when it comes to skin benefits - both may help with hyperpigmentation, brightening, and collagen production. The largest noted difference is Niacinamide may help more in hydrating whereas Vitamin C may help more in exfoliating. 

Niacinamide is a good alternative to Vitamin C if your skin does not tolerate any form of Vitamin C. However, for my Vita-C serum, I chose to use one of the most gentle derivatives of Vitamin C, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP) - it does not readily degrade; is considered to be light-stable and oxygen-stable, and may not have the same exfoliating effects. MAP is considered to be a great Vitamin C derivative for those with sensitive skin. MAP has also been mentioned as a vitamin C derivative that can be used with Niacinamide.

Some Key Ingredients:

Watermelon Extract (On the Daily ONLY): potential properties may include Vitamin C and amino acids; a powerful antioxidant; also said to promote cell regeneration; retains moisture. We chose it because of its skin cell support.

Niacinamide Niacinamide10 and Daily): potential properties may include Vitamins B3; acts as a barrier to retain moisture; reduces redness, blotchiness, and pore appearance; acts against hyperpigmentation and acne scarring. We chose it because OMG it’s awesome for the skin and may help with pore reduction.

Bakuchi Fruit Extract (Bakuchi Alt-A ONLY): a naturally-derived alternative to retinol; properties may include helping the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; smoothing skin texture; retaining moisture. We chose it as it may help with overall skin appearance as an alternative to Retinol.

Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate: potential properties may include Vitamin C; a powerful antioxidant; brightening, support against hyperpigmentation; potential collagen production; helping with the overall appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. We chose it as its skin-support benefits are endless.  

White Tea Extract: potential benefits include a powerful antioxidant; also said to protect collagen and elastin; promotes cell regeneration; may help to retain moisture. We chose it because of its all-around wonderful skin cell support.

Hyaluronic Acid: properties include alleviating dry skin, and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. We chose it because of its super hydrating properties.

Routine: AM or PM | Step 4. After your toner or mist, smooth 2-3 drops over the face with a gentle pat or massage and allow to fully absorb. 

Packaging: The facial serum is 1 fl oz (29.5 mL) OR 0.5 fl oz (14.7 mL) and is packaged in a glass bottle with a dropper to dispense. Please repurpose or recycle. The label is made from 100% recycled materials and may fade over time. You can read more about our packaging details here.
